PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a refrigerator capable of preventing refrigerating machine oil from excessively returning to a compressor.SOLUTION: A refrigerator comprises: a refrigerant circuit constituted by connecting a compressor 2 compressing an introduced refrigerant and discharging the refrigerant, a condenser 4 condensing the refrigerant by heat exchange, an expansion valve 21 decompressing the condensed refrigerant, an evaporator 22 evaporating the refrigerant by implementing heat exchange between the decompressed refrigerant and air, and an accumulator 5 accumulating the residual refrigerant to one another by a pipeline; an oil separator 3 provided between the compressor 2 and the condenser 4, and separating oil discharged from the compressor 2; a return pipe 29 feeding the oil separated by the oil separator 3 to a gas inlet pipe 7 of the compressor 2; and a return oil bypass pipe 27 connecting the return pipe 29 to a refrigerant inlet-side pipe of the accumulator 5, and feeding the oil passing through the return pipe 29 to the accumulator 5. |
