摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED illumination device in which: a light distribution angle of LED irradiation light is made to be substantially constant so that an irradiation angle can be adjusted with a simple configuration, and an irradiated surface can be radiated with predetermined illuminance uniformly; mass production of an LED unit member including a reflection member for adjusting the LED irradiation angle can be achieved at low cost; assemblability of the reflection member is easy; and manufacturing cost reduction can be achieved.SOLUTION: An LED unit member 41 which becomes a light source includes: an LED substrate 4b; a plurality of LED elements 41G, 41H mounted on the LED substrate; and a reflection member 4e arranged on the LED substrate and having a plurality of reflection openings 41g, 41h formed corresponding to the LED elements so that light emitting parts of the LED elements are exposed. The reflection openings 41g, 41h are concave curved shape reflection surfaces tilted with respect to a main optical axis of the LED elements 41G, 41H. The reflection member 4e is configured by integral molding.</p>
