PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of manufacturing, in a high efficiency at a low cost, functional drinking water including stabilized nanobubble nuclei.SOLUTION: The present invention proposes a method for manufacturing functional drinking water 10 including stabilized nanobubble nuclei and generated by mixing a body of first raw drinking water generated by feeding a gas as microbubbles having sizes of 50 μm or less into a body of salt-containing raw water 1a, by crushing a body of raw water from which large-diameter bubbles have been removed via physical stimulation following a transition to a crushing step 4a, and by permeating the crushed water through the salt removal segment 6 of a reverse osmotic membrane, etc., and a body of second raw drinking water generated by feeding a gas as microbubbles having sizes of 50 μm or less into a body of virtually salt-free raw water 1b and by crushing a body of raw water from which large-diameter bubbles have been removed via physical stimulation following a transition to a crushing step 4b, and then by crushing the water mixture once again at a crushing step 9. |
