摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure power saving and improve scanning accuracy by reducing processing load in position detection.SOLUTION: A touch panel 10 includes a capacitive sensor 11, a sensor driving unit 12, and a control unit 14. The capacitive sensor 11 detects coordinates of a touch position on a scan surface, for each frame. The sensor driving unit 12 drives the capacitive sensor 11 at a speed of a frame rate which represents the number of frames detected by the capacitive sensor 11 per unit time. The control unit 14 acquires a moving amount of the touch position moving between consecutive frames, on the basis of the position information detected by the capacitive sensor 11, to set a frame rate corresponding to the moving amount.</p>
