<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting control system capable of controlling a lighting apparatus in accordance with the state of a PC or an image formation device used in an office.SOLUTION: The lighting control system comprises a lighting controller 160 for controlling the state of a plurality of lighting apparatuses installed in a room, and an image formation device 100, the image formation device 100 generating, for the lighting controller 160, control information for controlling the corresponding lighting apparatus in accordance with the state of the image formation device 100 or the operating state of a PC in the room and transmitting the generated information to the lighting controller 160. Occurrence of an error or completion of a job in the image formation device can thereby be notified to a user, and the lighting apparatus corresponding to an inactive PC can be automatically turned off, while the lighting apparatus corresponding to a restarted PC can be automatically turned on.</p> |
