PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of inspecting bonded parts of an object under inspection comprising flexible film materials bonded together, which allows defective products from being further reliably removed by conducting contactless total inspection on condition of bonding in bonded parts of the object under inspection without sacrificing commercial value thereof.SOLUTION: Quality of bonding condition in bonded parts of an object under inspection is tested by applying ultrasonic pulses P to the object under inspection comprising flexible materials 1 bonded together, and detecting the ultrasonic pulses P that have passed through the bonded parts of the object under inspection.
