<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a user is enabled to obtain information at home by controlling consumer electronics via a learning remote controller 100 in the case of disaster such as earthquake but a load on each user in performing setting to the learning remote controller 100 is high.SOLUTION: A control server 200 holds information for controlling the learning remote controller 100 and a scenario for operations of consumer electronics controlled by the learning remote controller 100 beforehand. In the case of disaster, the control server 200 transmits an instruction to control consumer electronics to the learning remote controller 100. Thus, a load on a user in performing setting is reduced.</p> |
