<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of filming even when an intermediate transfer belt manufactured by extrusion molding and having no coat layer on the surface is cleaned with a blade member, and to polish the surface of the intermediate transfer belt over time to reduce the roughness on the surface smaller than the initial state.SOLUTION: An intermediate transfer belt 3 is manufactured by extrusion molding and is a resin belt of a single-layer structure having no coat layer on the surface. A blade member 21 includes a cleaning blade 222 that is formed of an elastic body and brings, into contact with the surface of the intermediate transfer belt 3, an edge part including a ridge line 22c of the tip part located on the intermediate transfer belt 3 side to clean the surface of the intermediate transfer belt 3. The cleaning blade 222 has a mixed layer 22d of an acrylic resin and urethane rubber being a base material of the cleaning blade formed in a thickness of 1.0μm or more from the surface of the tip part toward the inside, and has a surface layer 223 composed of an acrylic resin formed in a thickness of 0.1μm or more on the surface of the tip part, where the surface layer contains polishing agent particles.</p> |
