<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform initialization processing quickly and precisely always not only when a movable lens frame can move in an optical axis direction but also when the movable lens frame cannot move in the optical axis direction due to a state of a lens barrel.SOLUTION: A lens barrel comprises: a fixed housing; a movable lens frame movable forward and backward in the optical axis direction with respect to the fixed housing; a movable frame body which consists of a separate member from the movable lens frame and is movable in the optical axis direction in an approaching and separating manner with respect to the movable lens frame; a linear driving mechanism which is provided between the fixed housing and the movable frame body and allows the movable frame body to move forward and backward in the optical axis direction with respect to the fixed housing without making moving force in the optical axis direction work to the movable lens frame; a position detection mechanism which is provided between the fixed housing and the movable frame body and detects a position of the movable frame body in the optical axis direction; and an energizing member which, when the movable frame body moves forward and backward in the optical axis direction by the linear driving mechanism, allows the movable lens frame to make tracking movement to the movable frame body.</p> |
