<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a strain gauge measuring a strain using an electric resistor foil, which manufacturing method can save power consumption, prevents positional displacement of the gauge and maintains the alignment accuracy when the gauge is attached.SOLUTION: A small gauge 4 can simply be fabricated by attaching a strain gauge foil 1 that is cut in an appropriate size onto a strain generating part of an electrically insulated strain generating body 5, and fabricating a grid, a solder tab, etc. on the strain generating part using a laser 3. A positional deviation and directional deviation of the gauge when the gauge is attached can be reduced significantly by matching a reference position of the laser with a reference position of the strain generating part, thus an interference from other axes are eliminated.</p> |
