<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate some defects found in the prior art geothermal utilization cooling and heating facility device utilizing pumped-up water in a well, feeding air to perform a heat exchanging operation and arrangement of metallic rods that the pumped-up water in a well has a possibility of ground subsidence, feeding air to perform a heat exchanging operation shows a poor efficiency due to quite low heat-conductivity and the metallic rods are expensive in cost.SOLUTION: This invention provides a cooling and heating facility device in which a pressure of water is reduced and gasification thereof is facilitated and heat is moved through utilization of the heat of vaporization.</p> |
