<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mist generator capable of preventing that vibration or sound occurs in operation.SOLUTION: A mist generator includes: a tubular rotor 9 having the lower end submerged in water inside a water storage chamber 8, and drawing and scattering the water by rotation; a mist motor 14 in which a drive shaft 15 is inserted into a fixing part 10 of the rotor 9 and in which the rotor 9 is fixed to the drive shaft 15 by a screw 17 inserted into the fixing part 10; and a porous body 13 which is cylindrically formed by overlap of a joint and with which the water scattered by the rotor 9 collides. Because a position of the joint of the porous body is provided such that the position is positioned oppositely to a position of the screw inserted into the fixing part of the rotor relatively to the center of the rotation of the rotor, deviation of the gravity center occurring in the rotor 9 when the porous body 13 rotates together with the rotor 9 is offset by that the screw 17 inserted into the side face of the fixing part 10 is inserted into the opposite side of a welded part 20.</p> |
