The present invention relates to a cattle dung briquette composition, a cattle dung briquette made thereby and a method for manufacturing the same. A cattle dung briquette composition comprises a mixture into which a piece-shaped plant chip constituted of 27 to 95 parts by weight of a plant with respect to 100 parts by weight of cattle dung is mixed, wherein a viscosity regulator for increasing the viscosity of the cattle dung is mixed into the mixture. Also, the cattle dung briquette of the present invention is manufactured by molding the aforementioned cattle dung briquette composition. A method for manufacturing a cattle dung briquette according to the present invention comprises: a composition manufacturing step of manufacturing the aforementioned cattle dung briquette composition; a first drying step of stirring the cattle dung briquette composition for 2 to 6 hours to dry the cattle dung briquette composition and to then adjust the moisture content of the cattle dung briquette composition to 47 to 62% moisture content; a molding step of molding the firstly dried cattle dung briquette composition in a set shape to manufacture a cattle dung briquette; and a second drying step of secondly drying the cattle dung briquette to adjust the moisture content of the cattle dung briquette to 22 to 13% and thus cure the cattle dung briquette. According to the present invention, a composition having excellent caking power is generated due to a viscosity regulator, and a cattle dung briquette is manufactured from the composition, thereby providing a cattle dung briquette having excellent combustion efficiency, and a cattle dung briquette composition and a molded cattle briquette are respectively dried, thereby proving a cattle dung briquette having a rigid structure. |
