Provided is a plug connector which suppresses contact between a contact and an opposite housing. A plug contact interval guide (45) is shifted in a direction facing a rear surface of a plug-side circuit board (15) more than a plug contact (50), and a base housing (70) is provided between base contacts (80) and comprises a base contact interval guide (75) in which the guide (45) is disposed in an inserted state. With respect to a fitting reference line (CL) extending in a fitting direction (D11) in the process of forming the inserted state and with respect to a surface (66) of a base-side circuit board (65) which a substrate (15) faces in a state in which a plug housing (20) is inclined and/or an inserted state, when viewed in a thickness direction (D2), the housing (20) contacts the housing (70) or the board (65) even in a state in which the housing (20) is inclined, when viewed in a cross-section cut in the thickness direction (D2). Therefore, the contact between the contact (50) and the housing (60) is controlled, and the inserted state is formed while correcting a moving direction of the housing (20). |
