PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure high positioning accuracy even when a slide part exists by increasing an allowable movement range of a plug part and a tapered sleeve.SOLUTION: A positioning device includes: a movable coupling mechanism 17 for coupling a drive rod 9 so as to be unmovable in a first direction and movable in a second direction with respect to a driving force output member 11 of a hydraulic cylinder; and a guide mechanism for guiding a plug member 7 so as to be unmovable in the first direction and movable in the second direction with respect to a body member 6. The guide mechanism includes: a pair of inclined surfaces 15a that are formed parallel to the second direction on a lower end part of the plug member 7 and are inclined so as to further approach each other as going downward; and a pair of support inclined surfaces 15b formed on a cylinder member 12 so that the pair of inclined surfaces 15a are tightly engaged with each other. |
