PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique further effectively supporting that passengers of a bus reach destinations timely.SOLUTION: A bus transit control system for controlling transit of a plurality of busses includes: a position detection unit that detects positions of respective busses; an estimated arrival time calculation unit that calculates an estimated arrival time as an estimated time when each bus arrives at a prescribed bus stop on the basis of information of the position of each bus; and an association calculation unit that determines a transfer point as a point where a passenger transfers the bus on the basis of any one or both information of the estimated arrival times and positions of both busses that the passenger transfers and calculates a diagram for transferring at the transfer point.
