PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reflect an operation intended by a user even at a low temperature, to prevent reduction in convenience.SOLUTION: A mobile terminal apparatus 100 including a touch panel 110 and a temperature sensor 140 determines whether a temperature measured by the temperature sensor 140 is less than a predetermined threshold or not, when an up-event, where a touch to the touch panel 110 is completed, is detected. When the measured temperature is less than the predetermined threshold, the mobile terminal apparatus 100 stands by for a predetermined time for a down-event where the touch to the touch panel 110 starts and a move-event where a contact position to the touch panel 110 moves. When the down-event and the move-event are detected during the standby for the predetermined time, the mobile terminal apparatus 100 discards the up-event and down-event, and notifies an application of the move-event. |
