PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information apparatus, a control device, a control system, and a control method which can perform remote control of the information apparatus, while considering problems, such as a safety aspect.SOLUTION: An information apparatus 300 installed for a consumer has: a receiving section 310 and a transmitting section 320 which receives/transmits a command in compliance with a HEMS 200 and a predetermined protocol through a network connected to the HEMS 200, and receives an operation instruction from the HEMS 200; and a control section 340 which controls operation of the apparatus itself according to the operation instruction. The transmitting section 320, when a network is restored after it is disconnected, transmits a disconnection notification message indicating the network is disconnected, to the HEMS 200. |
