POLYMER TYPE CONDUCTIVE PASTE AND METHOD OF PRODUCING ELECTRODE BY USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer type conductive paste which has a low resistance value and allows formation of a dark-color electrode and a method of producing an electrode by using the polymer type conductive paste.SOLUTION: A polymer type conductive paste comprises: a conductive powder; a thermoplastic binder resin; and an organic solvent, and the conductive powder practically consists of siver powder. The silver powder comprises a first silver powder which has an average particle size (D50) of larger than 0.1 μm and equal to or smaller than 10 μm and is flake-like and/or in an indeterminate form and a second silver powder which has an average particle size (D50) of larger than 50 nm and equal to or smaller than 100 nm and is spherical. The weight ratio of the second silver powder to the first silver powder (second silver powder/first silver powder) is higher than 10/90 and lower than 50/50. A method of producing an electrode by using the polymer type conductive paste is also provided.
