PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacker crane capable of resolving labor and time of charging and inconvenience, and capable of preventing breakage of a capacitor.SOLUTION: There is provided a stacker crane 1 for performing at least one of delivery and storage of an object 50 from multiple storage chambers 21. The stacker crane 1 comprises: a frame 2 for performing reciprocating travel on a rail 30; a carriage 3 for performing lifting up and down and taking in and out the object; a drive part 4 for driving at least one of the reciprocating travel of the frame 2, the lifting up and down of the carriage 3, and taking in and out of the object; a capacitor 5 for supplying power to the drive part 4; a charging station 6 for charging the capacitor 5; and safety control means for controlling safety operation of the drive part 4. The safety control means comprises: a voltage monitoring part for monitoring a capacitor voltage value which is a voltage of the capacitor 5; a first control part for determining first operation of the drive part 4; and a second control part for determining second operation of the drive part 4. The first or second operations is chosen depending on the capacitor voltage value. |
