<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect simply the actual life of a cell terminal of a car-onboard battery pack or a replacement time for the car-onboard battery pack.SOLUTION: An acceleration sensor 102 is provided on a whole-negative-side crank-shaped terminal (Z terminal) 30 of a car-onboard battery pack 20. A strain sensor 104 is provided in a downward bent part 34 of the Z terminal 30. The strain sensor 104 measures the amount of strain only when an acceleration larger in an absolute value than a prescribed value is measured by the acceleration sensor 102. A determination unit 106 counts the number of times an acceleration larger in an absolute value than the prescribed value was measured by the acceleration sensor 102, and integrates the amounts of strain detected by the strain sensor 104 to obtain an integrated amount of strain. Then, the determination unit 106 determines a replacement time for the car-onboard battery pack 20 on the basis of the counted number of times and the integrated amount of strain.</p> |
