PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which performs display suitable for an ambient environment by providing sensors for detecting visual environments in the front and the rear of a display unit.SOLUTION: The display device includes: a display unit (1) which performs display in accordance with a display parameter; a first sensor (2) which is arranged in the front of the display unit (1) to detect information on a visual environment in the front; a second sensor (3) which is arranged in the rear of the display unit (1) to detect information on a visual environment in the rear; and correction means (5) which corrects the display parameter on the basis of the information detected by the first sensor (2) and the information detected by the second sensor (3).
