The present invention relates to an apparatus for examining the surface status of metallic and plastic materials. More particularly, the present invention relates to apparatus for examining the surface status of metallic and plastic materials to check a surface status by applying a fictional force. An apparatus for examining the surface status of metallic and plastic materials includes a lower support unit formed on a lower surface; a middle support unit installed to face the lower support unit; an upper support unit which connects and fixes them; a first unit and a second unit; a first sensor installed to be attached to part of the first unit; a second sensor which controls a force applied to the first unit; and a control unit which controls a force applied to the first unit and the second unit.
