The present invention relates to an excavator including a rotary angle measurement device, capable of accurately measuring a rotation angle of an excavator by including the rotary angle measurement device of a simple structure on one side of a rotation device. The excavator including a rotary angle measurement device in accordance with the present invention includes: the rotation device enabling an upper frame to rotate by being installed between the upper frame and a lower frame in the excavator; a timing belt which is installed on the circumference of the rotation device and in which a gradation member is repeatedly arranged at fixed intervals on the surface; a gear rotating by being interlocked with the gradation member of the timing belt; and a rotation angle sensor recognizing a rotation angle of the gear by being installed on one side of the gear. |
