FIELD: oil-and-gas industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device to fill oil and light oil products in railway cistern. Proposed device comprises feed pipe (2) articulated with the set of pipes balanced by counterweight and flexible steam discharge pipe (18). Said feed pipe (2) is equipped with coaxial sealing cover (15) adapted for interaction of cistern neck. Flexible pipe (18) communicated with steam discharge jacket (19) surrounding the lower end of feed pipe (2). Counterweight arranged at the end (5) of pipeline system articulated with feed pipe (2) consists of two parts (10, 11). one of the latter (11) is fixed at the end (5) while second part (10) of counterweight reciprocates along axis of link (5) from garage position whereat it is located nearby fixed part (11) in readiness for filling whereat moving part (10) is displaces in axis towards pipeline system equalisation axle (12) by magnitude sufficient for development of force moment that ensure tight closure of cover (15) at cistern neck.EFFECT: simple design, ease of operation, ruled out pollution of environments.5 cl, 6 dwg |
