PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a black photosensitive resin composition which suppresses clogging during ink filtration and exhibits excellent screen printability.SOLUTION: A black photosensitive resin composition comprises at least (A) a binder polymer, (B) an organic colorant, (C) a thermosetting resin, (D) a radically polymerizable compound, and (E) a photopolymerization initiator. The thixotropic index of the photosensitive resin composition is 1.1-3.5. The L* value of an insulating film obtained by curing the black photosensitive resin composition is 25 or less. |
