PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite base fabric and a method for producing the same, in which a nonwoven fabric of nanofibers can be efficiently laminated on a surface of a variety of substrate fabrics with a high joining degree.SOLUTION: The composite base fabric includes a substrate fabric 12 having air permeability through a plurality of voids and a nonwoven fabric 14 of nanofibers 14a laminated thereon. The nonwoven fabric 14 is bonded to the substrate fabric 12 through a resin component of a first solution 16 which is infiltrated from a surface of a yarn 12a or fibers 12b constituting the substrate fabric 12 between the fibers 12b. The first solution 16 may be a resin having adhesion to the nanofibers 14a. A raw material resin 16a of the nanofibers 14a is polyurethane, nylon, polylactic acid, polyacrylonitrile, polyvinylidene fluoride, polycaprolactam, silk, or polyvinyl alcohol, etc. |
