The present invention relates to a juicer comprising: a housing; a drive unit which has a drive shaft installed to be exposed through the top surface of the housing; an extracting rotor which has a rotor shaft, a rotor body unit coupled to the rotor body shaft, and a spiral-shaped extracting screw formed on the outer surface of the rotor body unit, and which is coupled to the drive shaft; an extracting container which has multiple juice passing holes, is disposed to wrap the extracting rotor, compresses juice ingredients fed into a gap between the extracting container and the extracting rotor by cooperating with the extracting rotor when the extracting rotor is rotated, and is installed to be supported by means of the housing; a discharging container which has a residue discharging hole and a juice discharging hole, discharges juice and residues generated when the juice ingredients are compressed by means of the extracting rotor and the extracting container through the juice discharging hole and residue discharging hole, and is installed to be supported by means of the housing; and a feeding unit which has a feeding pipe unit and a cover plate unit coupled to the bottom end of the feeding pipe unit, feeds the juice ingredients fed through the feeding pipe unit into the gap between the extracting container and the extracting rotor from the top side thereof, and is installed to be supported by means of the discharging container. In the top end of the extracting screw, a cutting assisting groove is formed along a rotating direction of the rotor body unit, and a fiber cutting projection unit protruding on the bottom surface of the cover plate unit is included so that the extracting rotor can be passed through the cutting assisting groove when rotated. Accordingly, while the fiber is cut, the juice ingredients can be fed into a gap between the extracting rotor and the extracting container. |
