PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage whether equipment has a transition in power consumption state to a state for implementation in a period in which maintenance should be carried out.SOLUTION: A maintenance management device includes: an electric power information acquisition part which acquires information associated with the power consumption of electric equipment whose electric power supply is variably controlled; a change acquisition part which acquires change data indicating change in power consumption with time from the acquired information associated with the power consumption; a condition determination part which determines whether implementation conditions associated with implementation of maintenance on the electric equipment are met from features that the change data that the change acquisition part acquires shows; and an output control part which makes an output part output information corresponding to a determination result of the condition determination part. |
