PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: if a terminal device is able to detect a signal by interference cancelling in receiving the signal transmitted by MU-MIMO, it needs control information to be reported to paired another terminal device; but the terminal device tries to detect a signal by blind decoding (BD) in the state in which the C-RNTI of the paired other terminal device is not reported; and the amount of calculation of BD is huge because huge candidates exist.SOLUTION: A terminal device for receiving a data signal in which multi-carrier signals from a base station device to a plurality of terminal devices are multiplexed at the same time and the same frequency comprises: a control information separation unit that separates at least one of specific parameters of other terminal devices of which signals are multiplexed, and a parameter only common to terminal devices of which data signals are multiplexed from a received signal; and a control information detection unit that detects control information transmitted to the other terminal devices on the basis of any one of the parameters.
