PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit that has the function of reducing an IR drop synchronized with a clock signal.SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit includes a digital circuit 5 supplied with a first power supply so as to operate in synchronization with a clock signal, and a charge supply circuit 13 for supplying a charge from a second power supply to the digital circuit 5 in synchronization with the clock signal. A power line is further provided for supplying the first power supply to the digital circuit 5 and supplying the charge from the second power supply to the digital circuit 5, and the charge supply circuit 13 is configured to supply a desired current amount of current from the second power supply to the digital circuit 5 for a desired period in synchronization with the clock signal, where the desired current amount and the length of the desired period are adjusted on the basis of a result of detection of a fluctuation in voltage of the power line. |
