PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ammonia discharging device that can inform a user of replacement timing of an ammonia occluding material.SOLUTION: An ammonia discharging device comprises: an ammonia occluding tank 10 that houses an ammonia occluding material that discharges occluded ammonia by being heated; a heating device 12 that heats the ammonia occluding material; and an informing device 18 that informs a user of replacement timing of the ammonia occluding material when the temperature of the ammonia occluding material exceeds a threshold value set on the basis of the equilibrium temperature of ammonia discharge.
