<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that with a conventional method for peeling a garlic by putting a garlic in a rubber or resin bag and rubbing and stroking, a huge amount of garlic cannot be peeled, fingers get tired, and efficiency is poor.SOLUTION: A grip is attached to a peeling bowl in which an inside surface provided with a cut part and an exhaust port is a peeling surface. The grip is shaken so that a garlic clove is crashed to the peeling surface, bounced back, and peeled. Thereby, a huge amount of garlic can be peeled efficiently.</p> |
