An apparatus for forming an organic light emitting layer includes a substrate which includes a plurality of pixel regions, a pixel defining layer which is formed on the substrate and includes first opening parts to define the pixel regions, a first mask which is arranged on the pixel defining layer and includes a plurality of second opening parts which are arranged to overlap the first opening parts, a second mask which is arranged on the first mask and includes a plurality of third opening parts which are arranged not to overlap the second opening parts, and an inkjet head unit which is arranged on the upper side of the second mask and simultaneously supplies organic materials to the third opening parts. The third opening parts of the second mask which receive the organic materials are moved to overlap the second opening parts.
