PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing execution process monitoring system that can easily detect a state when abnormality occurs in a program of an execution process in an information processing system using a computer.SOLUTION: A monitoring system 100 includes a log processing function 30 to process an operation log output from data processing means 2 for processing output data of facility equipment 1 into a log pattern table, and extract and store a log pattern table during normal operation from the log pattern table with external signals, and determination means 11 for comparing the log pattern table with the log pattern table during normal operation to determine the operation state of a monitoring program is normal or abnormal, and transmitting a result to display means 16. |
