PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable reduction in power consumption and accurate measurement even when an operation state may change according to installation environment and the like.SOLUTION: A sensor device 1 comprises: a sensor unit 40; a control IC 10 for switching a power supply path; power source 60; a DC converter 20; and a regulator 30 for regulating voltage. The sensor device has a power supply path A, in which the power source 60 is not connected to the sensor unit 40 and is directly connected to the control IC 10, and power supply path B, in which the power source 60, the DC converter 20, and a regulator 30 are connected in series, output of the regulator 30 is supplied to the sensor unit 40, and output of the DC converter 20 is supplied to the control IC 10, as paths for supplying power from the power source 60 to the sensor unit 40 and the control IC 10. The control IC 10 switches the power supply path A and power supply path B depending on an operation state of the sensor unit 40. |
