PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow correction of coordinates of a probing point of a probe to appropriate coordinates and to improve the work efficiency of correction work.SOLUTION: A data processor includes: a storage unit in which first data associating step numbers of inspection steps in electric inspection and codes of points as probing targets in the inspection steps with each other and second data indicative of coordinates of the points are stored; a display control unit which causes a display unit 3 to display an inspection step of listing image Gf for displaying lists of coordinates of points per inspection step and a point list image Gs for displaying lists of codes of points and coordinates; and a processing unit which executes correction processing for coordinates selected within each image to correct coordinates in the second data. In response to either the selection of coordinates or the execution of correction processing, the display control unit causes the display unit 3 to display a list of step numbers of all of inspection steps in which a point corresponding to the coordinates is taken as a probing target. |
