PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat operation device and a seat for a vehicle capable of selectively transmitting control force of one operation member to multiple adjustment mechanisms provided at a seat body, and downsizing component members.SOLUTION: In a seat adjustment device 10, a selector 54 provided at a control lever 48, so as to be able to be operated to be moved includes a first selector pin 86 and a second selector pin 88 located on sides opposite to each other across a support shaft 68. A first notch part 80 of a first clutch member 50, into which the first selector pin 86 is fitted and a second notch part 82 of a second clutch member 52, into which the second selector pin 88 is fitted are opened outward in rotary radius directions of the clutch members 50, 52 respectively. Thus, as compared with a structure where a notch part opening inward in a rotary radius direction is formed at one of the clutch members 50, 52, and one selector pin is moved between the inward notch part and an outward notch part formed at the other, one of the clutch members can be downsized. |
