PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle behavior control device and a vehicle behavior control system which enable a vehicle to avoid collision and contact with an obstacle with improved efficiency by appropriately controlling braking and steering.SOLUTION: A vehicle behavior control device comprises: a collision determination section which determines whether or not a vehicle collides with an obstacle when the same decelerates by traveling in a straight line with wheels braked on the basis of at least detection results of the obstacle in front of the vehicle and a travel state thereof; and a vehicle behavior control section which executes, when the collision determination section determines that the vehicle collides with the obstacle, at least either control to steer rear wheels or the control to differentiate braking states between left and right wheels so that the vehicle decelerates by circumventing the obstacle without steering front wheels.
