PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control an indirect sound in accordance with a reproduction environment adaptively to a multichannel acoustic system including a plurality of acoustic space layers.SOLUTION: An acoustic signal reproducing device is a reproducing device for a multichannel acoustic signal including an acoustic space layer of a direct sound and an acoustic space layer of an indirect sound and comprises a volume control section for combining the acoustic space layer of the indirect sound with the acoustic space layer of the direct sound while controlling the acoustic space layer of the indirect sound on the basis of a feature amount of a production environment and a feature amount of a reproduction environment described in meta data included in the multichannel acoustic signal.
