PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform charging calculation correctly even in the case where power unit price changes while protecting the privacy of a consumer.SOLUTION: A data management device as one aspect of the present invention comprises: a storage section; a power consumption acquisition section; an information generating section; and a transmitting section. The storage section stores power unit price applied to a consumer corresponding to time zones. The power consumption acquisition section acquires history of power consumption in the consumer from a meter device of the consumer. The information generating section adds the power consumption by time zones having equal power unit price, and generates first information expressing an integrated value of power consumption for each power unit price. The transmitting section transmits the first information to an external system.
