PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antidazzle film capable of suppressing glare and having low total haze and internal haze, and to provide a polarizing plate, a liquid crystal panel and an image display device.SOLUTION: An antidazzle film 10 in one embodiment includes a light-transmitting substrate 11 and an antidazzle layer 12 disposed on the light-transmitting substrate 11 and having a rugged surface 12A. The antidazzle layer 12 contains a binder resin 14 and fumed silica 15 present in the binder resin 14; and rugged features in the rugged surface 12A are formed as originated only from the fumed silica 15.
