PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror having a lighting device capable of lighting without brightness unevenness.SOLUTION: A mirror main body is provided with a mirror surface part and a transparent part. LEDs are arranged in a storing part at a rear surface of the mirror main body or a back-surface side of the mirror main body. Both of a location other than the transparent part of the rear surface of the mirror main body and an inner surface of the storing part or either one of them are/is provided with a reflection material capable of reflecting LED light so as to cause the reflection light from the reflection material to be irradiated from the transparent part to its front side to light the front side of the mirror. The LED module having two or more LEDs mounted on a board is stored in a case and the case is attached on the rear surface of the mirror main body or in the storing part of the back-surface side of the mirror main body. The case is made of metal showing a superior thermal conductivity and the case is adhesively fixed to the rear surface of the mirror main body or in the storing part with adhesive agent having thermal conductivity. The extremity end of the LED light emission surface is provided with a light guide plate, the emission surface of the light guide plate is placed at the rear side of the transparent part of the mirror main body to cause the LED light guided in the light guide plate and emitted from the emission surface of the light guide plate to be irradiated forward from the transparent part of the mirror main body.
