PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a wait time of viewers viewing explanation data explaining exhibits and also reduce the amount of information to be stored in a portable terminal device.SOLUTION: When explanation data are downloaded into a portable terminal device held by a viewer, if a supposed download time supposed to be required for downloading explanation data of a second exhibit is longer than a total time of a supposed viewing time supposed to be required for viewing a next exhibit and a supposed transit time supposed to be required for moving to the second exhibit from the next exhibit, the explanation data of the second exhibit are downloaded. Further, the explanation data of the previous exhibit in viewing order is erased.
