PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which can easily manufacture a reverse vesicle composition using an oil solution used for a cosmetic and the like.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a reverse vesicle composition comprises: a step in which a first isotropic solution is obtained by dissolving a bimolecular membrane component in a volatile solvent; a step in which a second isotropic solution is obtained by mixing the first isotropic solution with an oil solution; a step in which the volatile solvent is vaporized in the second isotropic solution; and a step in which the reverse vesicle of the bimolecular membrane component is formed by vaporization of the volatile solvent.
