<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure fitting stability even if there is a production error.SOLUTION: In an insert main body 1 having a pair of polygonal faces 2 and a plurality of peripheral side faces, a cutting edge is formed on the side ridge part of the polygonal face 2. One polygonal face 2 is made to be a rake face, and the other to be a seating face in the bottom 14 of an insert fitting seat 13. In the other polygonal face 2, a pair of contact faces 7 is formed along a pair of insert side virtual planes P to enable contact with a pair of contacted faces 19 of the bottom 14. The pair of insert side virtual planes P includes one insert side virtual line L on one polygonal face 2 is disposed to a direction crossing each other in an X shape in view of the direction of the insert side virtual line L. One end 7C of the contact face 7 crosses the side 4 of the insert main body 1, and a contact part contactable with the contacted part formed on the wall face of the insert fitting seat 13 is formed on the side facing one of two directions on which the insert side virtual line L extends.</p> |
