<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telemarketing system that is able to transmit and receive information such as various documents and video, and that is applicable to a wider variety of sales targets.SOLUTION: A telemarketing system comprises: a telephone call information memory 21 for storing a telephone number on the phone; and a user database 31 for associating and storing a telephone number of each subscriber with an IP address. If salesperson side information is transmitted from a salesperson 101 side by Internet communication, an Internet server 3 obtains a telephone number of the salesperson 101 from the user database 31, obtains a telephone number which is communicating with the obtained telephone number from the telephone call information memory 21, obtains an IP address corresponding to the telephone number from the user database 31, and transmits the salesperson side information to the IP address.</p> |
