PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining structure which improves connection reliability between mutually joined two conductive films.SOLUTION: A joining structure is formed by mutually joining a first conductive film 110 and a second conductive film 130. The first conductive film 110 is composed of a transparent conductive material. The second conductive film 130 is composed of a metal material. An intermediate area exists between the first conductive film 110 and the second conductive film 130. The intermediate area has an ionization potential having a magnitude between an ionization potential of the first conductive film 110 and an ionization potential of the second conductive film 130.
