<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a power loss caused by the voltage drop of a voltage output part outputting a voltage to a load.SOLUTION: A power supply device comprises: a first converter 100; a second converter 101; a smoothing part 108; MOSFETs 103 and 202; a switching control part 201; a voltage detection part 107; an operation detection part 106; and a connection switching part 105. The connection switching part turns off the MOSFET 103, to cut off the supply of electric power from the first converter to the smoothing part, when the voltage detection part detects the output of the voltage from the second converter and the operation detection part detects the operation state of the switching control part and turns on the MOSFET 103, to supply the electric power from the first converter to the smoothing part, when the voltage detection part detects that the second converter does not output the voltage or the operation detection part detects that the switching control part is not operated.</p> |
