<p>The present invention relates to a coffee colorimeter. More particularly, according to the present invention, the chromaticity of coffee which reflects grain sizes of crushed coffee grains can be precisely measured by receiving a color signal obtained by detecting light reflected on surfaces of the coffee grains with a color sensor, and a grain size signal obtained by measuring grain sizes of the coffee grains with a grain size analyzer and calculating the colors of the coffee grains into values with a grain size processor. In addition, a user can easily recognize a chromatic state of the coffee grains by displaying the color measurement values of the coffee grains which reflect the grain sizes of the coffee grains, received from the color and grain size processor, on a value display unit with numbers.</p> |
